  I'm from Australia, it's a bit more expensive than what you would pay in Oz, but damn they make a great burger, one of the besrmt burgers I've had. Outstanding!

  Malgorzata is the nicest FoH staff ive ever encountered at any fast food. Feels like an In N Out almost - in the best way possible. Give her a raise!

  The food was good and it is a convenient spot since it stays open late. However, the atmosphere was not great. The tables were not clean and the toilets were in poor condition as well. Overall, the price feels a bit high considering the environment and the taste.

  Bharath is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He is very helpful as well and his product knowledge is really good. I weren’t sure what to order but he gave me some recommendations and toppings to go along with it. And I love it. He is very hardworking as well. Is seen taking orders and preparing orders all by himself. Would definitely come again. Thank you Bharath!

  My family and I had a wonderful, cozy meal at the Five Guys outlet on High Street Kensington. The waitress who served us, Gorsha (spelling may be incorrect), was very friendly and helpful. I am very grateful and appreciative that she recommended that we, (and every customer that walked in) sign up with Five Guys Rewards Programme. The grilled cheese sandwich with beef, the beef burger and the hotdogs we ordered were excellent and of a very high quality. The cajun fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy. We had a lovely meal and highly recommend Five Guys.
